These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the fluencycode.com website and your participation in The Fluency Code coaching programme, operated by Fluency Code Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By submitting an application, booking a call, or enrolling in the programme, you agree to these terms.

1. About the service

The Fluency Code provides private, one-to-one English fluency and communication coaching for professionals. Programme structure, pricing, and content are described on our website and may be updated from time to time.

2. Application and enrolment

Submitting an application does not guarantee enrolment. Following your application, we will invite you to a free Fluency Clarity Call to determine whether the programme is a good fit. We reserve the right to accept or decline any applicant at our discretion.

3. Fees and payment

Programme fees are as set out on our website at the time of enrolment, or as otherwise agreed with you directly. Payment plans may be available on request. Fees must be paid in accordance with the payment schedule agreed at enrolment before coaching sessions begin.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Our cancellation and refund policy is set out in full in our separate Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Client responsibilities

To get the most from the programme, you agree to attend scheduled sessions, complete agreed practice tasks, and communicate promptly with your coach regarding scheduling or any issues. Your results depend substantially on your own effort, consistency, and participation.

6. Intellectual property

All course materials, frameworks, worksheets, and resources provided as part of the programme remain the intellectual property of Fluency Code Ltd. You may use them for your own personal learning but may not copy, distribute, or resell them without our written permission.

7. No guarantee of outcomes

We do not guarantee specific results, including any particular level of fluency, confidence, or career outcome. See our Disclaimer for more detail.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fluency Code Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or participation in our programme. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a client's access to the programme in cases of abusive conduct, repeated non-payment, or breach of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or participation in the programme after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
