6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
- 7-Day Free Trial: For The English Speaking Gym, new members are offered a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be billed the standard monthly rate.
- 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (UK/EU): In accordance with consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the transaction. However, if you choose to access digital content or attend a coaching session within this period, you acknowledge that you waive your right to a full refund for the portion of the service already provided.
- Money-Back Guarantee: Certain programs offer a specific “100% Money-Back Guarantee.” Eligibility for such guarantees is subject to full participation in the program (e.g., completion of all daily tasks and attendance at scheduled calls) as detailed in the specific program agreement.

10. Limitation of Liability
